1. Having agreed to conduct an oral history interview with Ai:J-e J<. ,{)L ? h, for the
Historical Society of the District of Columbia Circuit, Washington, D.C., and it5 employees and
agents (hereinafter “the Society’,. I, skAcf F: ,)l?m:,. do hereby grant and convey to
tJ,e Society and .its successors and assigns all ofmy rights, title, and interest in the tape
recordings, digital recordings, transctjpts, computer diskettes, and DVDs of interviews as
described in Schedule A .hereto, .including literacy rights and copyrights.
2. Accordingly, the Society may duplicate, edit, publish. in any form or format, including
,publication on the Internet, and permit the use of said tape recordings, digital recordings,
ttanscripts, computer diskettes, and DVDs i.n any manner that the Society considers appropriate,
and T waive any claims I may have or acquire to any .royalties from such use.
3. I agree that I will make no use of the interview or the infonnation contained tb.erein
until it is concluded and edited, or until I receive ennission &om the Society.
