  1. Inconsideration of the recording and preservation of my oral history memoir by the Historical Society of the DistrictofColumbG.Lrcuit, W hin n, D.C., and its employees and agents (hereinafter, ”the Society”), I, ‘:I\AI·Pc.n l:lA.rl<.. , do hereby grant and

convey to the Society and its successors and assigns all o7rny rights, title, and interest in the voice recordings (digital recordings, cassette tapes) and transcripts of my interviews as described in Schedule A hereto, including literary rights and copyrights. All copies of the voice recordings (digital recordings, cassette tapes) and transcripts are subject to the same restrictions herein provided.

 

  1. I understand that the Society may duplicate, edit, or publish in any form or foincJuding publication on the Internet, and permit the use of said voice recordings (digital recordings, cassette tapes) and transcripts in any manner that the Society considers appropriate, and I waive any claims Imay have or acquire to any royalties from such use.
