Since 1956 I have actively engaged in the litigation
practice of law before trial and appellate courts.
Representations include physicians, dentists, judges, lawyers,
architects, engineers, manufacturers and clergy in various types
of legal situations and lawsuits. I was a criminal prosecutor
and a civil and appellate lawyer :or the United States. In
private practice I have also defended clients charged with first
degree murder and assorted felonies, represented asbestos
clients, alleged criminal H.U.D. violators and other white collar
matters. Presently I am General Counsel to Washington Mutual
Investors Fund, Inc., the Tax-Exempt Funds of Maryland and
Virginia and JP Morgan Value Opportunities Fund.
