1. In consideration of the recording and preservation of my oral history memoir by

format, including publication on the Internet, and permit the use of said -,;I.,-?:;t r0·:co:-dings ( digital
recordings, ca?sette tapes) and transcripts in any manner that the Society considers appropriate,
and I waive any clairr:3 I may have or ::icquire to any royalties from suet use.
3. I reserve for myself and to the executor of my estate 011ly 1h? ,:c,·.1-exclusive right
to use the voice recordings ( digital recordings, cassette tapes) and transcripts and their content as
a resource for any book, pamphlet, article or other writing of which I er my executor may be the
author or co-author.
