Save the date! December 18, 2019, the Historical Society will again sponsor a mock argument program at the U.S. Courthouse for D.C. public school students. This year’s program will be a re-enactment of the oral arguments presented in New Jersey v. T.L.O, a case involving the Fourth Amendment rights of high school students to protection from unreasonable search and seizure by school officials.
