BIOGRAPHY

Warren T. Juggins was born in 1927 in Dumfries, Virginia, and died July 18, 2014. He served as a librarian in the Prettyman Courthouse Library from 1952 to 1983 when he retired, and from 1989 to 1999. He served as a librarian in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for several years following his retirement and before his return to the Courthouse Library.

Mr. Juggins’s wife of 55 years, Laurice Juggins, graciously agreed to record her recollections of her husband’s life and service to the Courts of the D.C. Circuit.
