On January 30, 2025, the court held a program Celebrating the Life and Legacy of Judge Ricardo M. Urbina in a packed Ceremonial Courtroom. Several judges from the two courts on which Judge Urbina served, as well as his niece and one of his former law clerks, shared their warm recollections and remarks about Judge Urbina, his life, and his remarkable career of public service.
